Ensayos clínicos en marcha o en proceso de apertura
• Protocolo TRIANGLE del European MCL Network. Estudio aleatorizado con régimen de inducción combinando ri- tuximab/ibrutinib/ara-C seguido de trasplante autólogo en linfoma de células del manto diseminado en pacientes de menos de 65 años.
• GELTAMO-IMCL-2015. Ensayo clínico fase II multicéntrico para evaluar la eficacia y seguridad de ibrutinib en combi- nación con rituximab en pacientes con formas clínicas indolentes de linfoma de células del manto.
• GELTAMO-IBDCL-2015. Ensayo clínico fase II multicéntrico para evaluar la eficacia y la seguridad de ibrutinib en combinación con rituximab, gemcitabina, oxaliplatino y dexametasona seguido de ibrutinib como tratamiento de man- tenimiento en pacientes con linfoma difuso de células B grandes de tipo no GCB resistente al tratamiento o recidivante no candidatos a recibir un TACM.
• HOVON 136/Transplant BRaVe NHL trial. Phase I-II study combining brentuximab vedotin with second line salvage chemotherapy (R-DHAP) in CD30 positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients refractory to first line chemotherapy or in fist line relapse who are eligible for high dose treatment followed by autologous stem cell transplantation.
• BrEPEM. A phase Ib/II trial of combined SGN-35 (Brentuximab vedotin) therapy with cyclophosphamide, procarba- zine, prednisone, etoposide and mitoxantrone (BrEPEM) for older patients with untreated Hodgkin lymphoma (HL).
• FIL KLIMT. Carfilzomib (K) plus lenalidomide (R) and dexamethasone (D) for BTK inhibitors relapsed-refractory or intol- erant mantle cell lymphomas: a phase II randomized study.
• DHDP. ABT-199 in combination with dose-adjusted EPOCH-R (DA-EPOCH-R) with methotrexate followed by consoli- dation treatment with ABT-199 in patients with high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBC) with MYC and BCL2 rearrange- ments or in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 expression (double-expressor DLBCL): a phase Ib/II study of GELTAMO.
• IELSG-40 Trial. A phase II trial addressing feasibility and activity of clarithromycin + lenalidomide combination: a full oral treatment for patients with relapsed/refractory mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma: CLEO trial.
